Do more with less.

Manufacturers, producing and services organizations are downsizing workers, labours and personnel staff because a new trend arose' do more with less' obviously the work burden of workers put forward on the shoulders of some less worker or office staff. They bear such work burden or not, but responsibility, duty hours and integrity increase. Some manufacturing organizations are ending some accessories departments and in this way unemployment increasing everyday everywhere. In some organizations labours laws are violated and worker discharge their duties there not known about" job description" and job specifications. They are working under supervisor, under production manager or any senior authority. Here organizations aim, objective and final goal is" profits" may be in any form. And organizational profit is collected with' General manager, duty General manager, production manager, and with help of supervisors. Yes senior order is final order and must obey every one worker. Duty work hours are only 8hours but without any further benefit, worker discharging duty hours are more than 12hours in some organizations. Weekly rest and worker related others benefits, gratuity, bounces, EOAb, special leaves and on time pays and wages are randomly and rarely observed. Discrimination and violations of' labors laws" are common practice. If any worker try to knock the door of labour court, investigation inspector will receive some benefits, bribes and money from organizations owner and worker will deprived for real and basic rights.
Labours and workers' rights violation" are common in garments, clothing and apparel producing firms. The related owner passed the' audit' of the manufacturing unit for any local' conducting audit firm' but some importers of others countries send their own editors. But when they are allow to conduct' fectory audit' workers are trained in false and wrong to provide informations to audit team. And at wrong informations external audits are passed. Workers are trained by fectory' human resource department' and instructor instruct them' not show any reality' in this way our audit will fail and we will not get more orders for manufacturing unit. We shall go in loss and stop our work. At that time worker not know, how deteriorating the rights of co-workers but some editors try to get' real audit informations and previous reports, records and computers data. But access on such kind of data is impossible because for' audit purpose' data are recorded in two way in computers systems, one for again' audit purpose'and other for violating the labours laws and works rights. During audit sessions false data connected computers systems are network with monitor's screen. Yes the foolish editor will check the record of fectory and in this way he passed the audit. It means the fectory is not violating any rules, regulations and labours laws of country. But unfortunately underground such kinds of' dangerous roots' are spreading and health of workers are disturbing because duty hours are some so long more than 12hours.
At last I am requesting to' all editors' conducting fectory audit in home country or in any foreign countries, please check all 'audit related fectors' 'accept real record of the fectory' and please take interview from workers and labours separately, not with or in front of scenario authority. Yes these are the matter and problems of labours and workers, yes these are health related issues and' what about human being'yes they are not' working machines' work day and night and owner of the organization become rich and enjoy much facilities of life but worker deprived for their benefits.
